BROKERAGE FEE
Agency Pretiosa, as an authorized intermediary in real estate transactions, charges an agency fee commission for mediation service when concluding a Pre-Contract or Purchase Agreement or lease, and all in accordance with the Law on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions.
The price of the agency commission includes the production of complete documentation:
Pre-contract, sales contract, handover of real estate, and registration of ownership.
